Smith has good size at cornerback and outstanding vertical leaping ability. He could play either FS at the next level too. He looks good in run support and on bubble screens due to his physicality. He needs to make sure to keep his head up more when tackling to avoid potential injury. Smith has made some explosive plays his senior year so far and is very aggressive fighting for position on jump ball passes.
