Knighting has the mindset down with how he blocks. He is a tough player who really gets after the defender, but needs to make some improvement with his fundamentals. Knighting has good natural size, a width to him if you will, and that makes him very tough to get much a push back at the HS level. He needs to show more urgency getting to the 2nd level. Needs to work on power clean a good bit, really lacks the explosiveness coming out his stance for a player his height. Knighting has the mentality down, just needs to sharpen up in the weight room and fundamentals.
