Glover’s frame, especially his long arms, and upside alone makes him a coveted recruit. He carries his weight extremely well and looking at his weight lifting numbers a strength and conditioning coach could turn him into a monster. From watching his film, it looks like offensive line is where he is best suited. We would like to see him really finish off his blocks. Right now he does a good job of driving them out of the play but we want to see him smash them to the ground and see more energy in general. Needs to work on his hip flexibility too. Glover has FBS upside no doubt, but will need to work hard in order to be successful at that level.
