Engler is an outside linebacker prospect at the next level with good quickness to make plays out in space. He does a great job of setting the edge, using his length to get leverage on the lineman. The 2018 prospect is powerful at the point of attack as either a blocker (made some really nice pancake blocks) on offense or DE/OLB on defense. Engler shows good patience as a defender and seems to make consistently make the correct read. He is a hardworker out there on the field and hustles until the whistle is blown.
