At 6’3″ and 270 lbs., you are working with a solid frame for a future center at the next level. Wells keeps a pretty flat back and does a nice job of driving his legs through the block. Needs to work on flexibility a good bit and just getting a whole lot better laterally. As a straight up run blocker Wells is okay, but he needs to work on body control and just getting stronger with his core. Blocks pretty low though, probably his best quality as an OL. Has very good hip strength, power clean is pretty solid.
