Oudt is a pretty good technical blocker, and plays with a good bit of urgency getting to his assignments. He needs to add weight though, having proper fundamentals only go so far, and he could generate a lot more power working on the right lifts. Either way, you cannot discount his tenacity and motor at getting his opponent down. He’s a solid run blocker for sure, and has made a nice improvement as a pass blocker soph to jr year too. He’s the type of recruit that could just pour on weight over the next few years. Very interested to see how he develops this offseason from a physical stand point. I think his recruitment will reflect how well he gains weight, which is not necessarily fair since a redshirt and another year in the weight room would him get on par with a lot of OL around the country, depending on where he lands to play college ball.
