Grier does a good job of playing his outside linebacker position. He tracks the ball excellently and is a natural with his pursuit angles. The McNair senior has strong hands that can pack a punch, which allows him to get off his blocks quickly. He needs to continue to bulk up in size but that doesn’t stop him from being an effective tackler.
