The offensive guard prospect has good hand location and does a solid job of keeping back flat while engaged. He has good core strength. Solid body control while engaged and is good at sealing off defenders. He has pretty good leg drive at the point of attack. Needs to get quicker coming out his stance. Definitely strong punch though. Really knocks defenders off the ball. Nice lower body strength which is consistent throughout his film – definitely a strong lower base. Chandley is a solid run blocker. There is occasional film of him pass pro, and he does a solid job of sliding his feet, but the 2022 lineman looks more comfortable while run blocking. Pretty good combo blocker and is fairly quick getting to the 2nd level but could get faster. He plays with solid urgency and is good at keying on defenders at the 2nd level and sealing them off. Chandley has good swing potential at both OG and OT at the next level. We expect him to get some solid interest from D1 programs.
