Grady has excellent concentration catching the football, and even with the defender all over him he makes tough catches. He has good awareness of where he is on the sideline and does an excellent job of keeping his feet in bounds. Grady reacts to the football really well, and will turn around 180 degrees to make a catch midflight or even come back on short passes. Grady just has a good sense of catching the football, but lacks the top end speed to get much FBS attention. Not sure if he can improve that too much, but he can definitely become more explosive coming out his breaks and continue to sharpen up his route running, which is already pretty good. You can tell by just watching his release that he is a well trained receiver who has put in a good bit of work.
