Hughes is a disciplined defensive back who doesn’t make a misstep, and does a good job of playing the ball. He tries to rake the ball out more times than not instead of going for the pick. Rotates his hips pretty well, but ability as a tackler shows he could also play safety. He takes good pursuit angles from the backside. Senior is also a good student, that should attract local colleges.

Reed is an outstanding football player that loves practice and training for the game.
Reed has all the skills to play DB.. attacks the Football and can tackle.
This kid will out work you period. He loves off season training. Great foot work and pivots nicely at the hips.
He is a 2018 DB/ATH that is listed as a CB but could see a transition to Safety with his toughness, size, and growth potential. He displays a solid frame and an above average blend of athleticism and speed in the secondary. He is still developing his size, strength and speed
Reed is willing aggressive defender that is not afraid to stick his nose in traffic. He enters contact with good pad levels and has been adding bulk this offseason showing enhanced strength in his frame. Solid Player
Reed shows adequate quickness and agility in man and plays disciplined reading his receiver and reacting at the top of their stem. He possesses the size to get physical and reroute opponents and displays good ball skills to disrupt throws.
Good football player, needs better coaching from highschool staff but he’ll get that at the next level for sure.
