Bass has been thrust into the starting FS position this year, and has stepped up looking good, especially in run support. Bass gets downhill, very physical, gets low and explodes through his tackle attempt. He’s still filling out his frame right now he is very slight of build. Really like his acceleration. He closes fast. Had a really good game this season against Grayson. What I like about Bass is his potential to play FS and SS. Not sure where he will fall into the pecking order with two starters returning, but you have to play Bass no matter what.
