Hardrick is very similar to another player we helped out from Crisp a few years ago, but shows a ton more speed in fact. The short but powerfully built linebacker plays the game 100 MPH. He fills a whole quickly, drops his hips and just slams the ball carrier back on some of these plays. He recognizes the play quicker than most of the other players on his team, and is good in both the pass and the rush. Hardrick seems like an ideal WILL at the next level. He might lack height, but his ability to play the game and passion for football makes up for a lot. Hardrick is just a pure football player, he keeps his head on a swivel and sees the field really well for a shorter player. He also plays the game with unrelenting hustle and will run 50-70 yards down field to stop a ball carrier. His speed looks legit, and I think that could bump him into the FCS, but colleges will knock his height for sure.
