The 2019 signal-caller has a pretty powerful arm from what we saw in his sophomore film. He can snap off a pass, and get it out to the sideline very fast. Looks like Felton has worked a lot with the mesh in the read option and his powerful low center of gravity makes him very hard to tackle. He shows a solid burst on film, enough to keep the chains moving, and it compliments his rugged running style. He does a great job of squaring his pads up field and getting the most yards possible. The 2019 QB has a lot of upside as a dual threat at the next level. He has elite weight lifting numbers and the tools would be perfect in a lot spread option offensive attacks.
