You have to like how Charles has come on his senior year, and he is really having his impact felt on the field. He’s been an explosive athlete, even when he filled out the form a few summers back he reported a 33″ vertical. He’s quick off the football, and got to respect his mindset out there on the field. His motor and energy can be infectious for a defense, and his skill set allows for him to make true impact plays in the backfield causing fumbles in backside sacks. He’s got a nice frame, and should get over 250 by the time he is in a college weight room long enough. Oneal Charles was not a recruit we expected to breakout this season, but he has been a legit producer on one of the better teams in 6-A.
