Robinson fits the mold as a student athlete with excellent grades and test scores, so that alone should get some D1 schools interest. He is a nice cornerback, usually dropping back in a zone defense. Shows good speed breaking on the receiver. Had some good games last fall creating turnovers. Doesn’t give up on a play and does a good job of raking the pass out. Pretty aggressive, went up against FBS receivers at Grayson and was able to press up on them with some success. Still a slight frame, got to watch some Hudl film of him exclusively tackling, and he does an okay job of getting the ball carrier down gaining nice momentum before contact, but would like see him wrap up more consistently at the thighs. There are very good flashes from Robinson and his coverage skills should really seal FCS interest IMO.
