Norcross defensive back Keon Carter is a very sound tackler. His physical play is evident in the fact that he lines up 10-15 yards away from the line of scrimmage but still ends up making a tackler for a short gain or less. He has good acceleration, capable of covering a large area and like many Norcross defensive backs he is a fundamentally sound tackler. Carter looks like one of the real sleepers in 2017 from who we evaluated thus far.
