The 2020 recruit is someone the entire Jefferson staff seems to like a lot. His energy seems to have an impact on both offense, defense and specials teams. He reacts quickly to the play and has a lot of urgency flowing to the football, or when running, getting up field as fast as possible. He’s a power back for sure, and in Jefferson’s new offense he is getting b-back reps. I really like the toughness he shows, and his desire to not go down on contact. On defense he needs to do a better job of dropping his hips and tackling at the midsection, as he has several attempts where he goes high, and then struggles to get the ball carrier down efficiently. It will be interesting to see what his entire body of work looks like this season.
