Davis holds one P5 offer at the time of writing this and it came midseason of his junior year from GT. The huge 6’6″ OT prospect has a long reach, and the size to just destroy defenders who come across him. Keeps a pretty flat back while engaged. Needs to work on strength though, loses balance pretty easily at times, and that’s a sign of bad core strength. Davis has the general size to get colleges interested, and he has received a lot of P5 intrigue, but is he knocking defenders off enough to get more to pull the trigger – maybe? He doesn’t always show the same tenacity from play to play. Needs to get quicker with his feet, especially in pass pro. Does a pretty good job of sticking with a defender though, and can get out in space showing pretty light feet while engaged. Definitely needs a lot more work, will have to play RT or even OG at the next level. Needs to get lower on his blocks too. Davis is definitely a raw prospect, but has a lot of tools to work with.
