Billups has been serious about the recruiting process from the get go, even dating back to his freshman year he was all about the process. Billups has looked pretty good in his junior film finally getting big reps at CB. He’s got pretty good footwork in his first few steps sticking with the receiver. Would like to see him not hop on the snap, and just slide feet reading the receiver. He’s making some nice tackles too, very quick making a play out on the flat. He’s playing a physical brand of football, and that’s one reason why he has been so successful on special teams where he has blocked a punt and created a fumble too. Billups is a solid all-around recruit, he gives it his all on each plays is a good student to boot.
