Fleming takes a direct route to the ball carrier, and once he gets around his block he can really explode through his tackle. He’s an aggressive cornerback, showing the awareness to break off assignments and jump a pass nearby. I really like how he turns his head around on deep passes and gets his hands on the football. Fleming does a lot of things right with his footwork, breaking forward on the pass might just be his best skill, and you continuously see him get around block or his hand on the football in this scenario. I really like his ability to have an impact on special teams early, the energy he brings means he could be a leader in that unit.
