The versatile Blount has been an unstoppable force this year in Class A. He has incredible instincts playing the ball in the air and the anticipation to make elite breaks on the pass. Blount is a natural-fluid runner and just effortlessly glides across the field. Another aspect that doesn’t get talked about enough is how solid of tackler he is in space and how quickly he steps up in run support. The senior is a good dual threat QB and has been a catalyst in Landmark’s offensive attack. In our opinion he should be in the running for Class A Private Player of the Year due to his impact on both sides of the football.
