Jones had 83 tackles, 5 sacks and 3 FF at Wheeler and will be suiting up at North Cobb senior year. It’s hard to ignore the athleticism of the 2022 linebacker. He shows very good speed to the football and super physical when striking the ball carrier. Jones stays pretty low on his tackle attempts. He shows very good hip strength and does a really nice meeting the ball carrier low tackling to the ground efficiently. Jones has above average acceleration to the football. He’s very intense. Gets into the backfield quickly and shows above average quickness getting around blockers. Jones should really thrive at North Cobb this year, and we expect him to take a nice jump in production.
