Grades, 2 year team captin, 3 year starter, can play every position on Offensive and Defensive Line, has experience blocking and even knocking down 4 and 5 star athletes on Defense.
Priester plays with excellent energy and leg drive while blocking. What you have to like about the senior is that he doesn’t just stop blocking after one pancake, and in many cases will rotate over to another defender. He has pretty quick feet. and solid moving laterally. Priester is effective blocking, especially in the run where he shows strong hands at the point of attack and gets consistently good leverage. Priester probably is a better fit at C, but has solid enough size to play OG at the FCS/D2. Overall, he’s a really solid blocker who does a good job of sticking with his responsibility.
