What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I am good at getting to the next level. I have a great size and still getting taller. I am determined to get to the best of my ability.
Gold has put on about 40 pounds in the last year. He has done a good job adding weight to his lower body, but still needs to focus on power clean and getting his bench over 300 by this time a year from now. He maintaining a flatter back will help with strength and balance. Gold is a work in progress and will need to find himself on the varsity squad this fall before we review him too much.
