Tattnall County defensive back looks the part and has a long athletic frame that you look for in FBS recruits. He should be able to tack on some nice weight when he gets to the college level for sure. Looks to have really long arms, nice breakup radius but do not see him make many PBU’s. Tootle might be better off playing free safety at the next level honestly. Tackles too high, and will have to work on technique a good bit. Needs to increase strength in the hips too. Overall the senior has a lot of upside though, and his film is certainly worth the watch.
