Student first then athlete! Along with that I do all the little things right such: as follow directions, be where I'm supposed to be when I'm supposed to be there, be early not just on time, stay after practice for more work, excel in the weight room and community then everything on the field will take care of itself.
Monroe runs with incredible determination. He is a smart runner and gets the defender to take terrible angles on him. His low center of gravity makes him very tough to get down. If he ran with lower pad level he could be even tougher to take down but you gotta love how his feet never stop churning out more yards. Really tough football player.
