Jalen Perez plays with natural forward lean and is extremely aggressive getting after the ball carrier. He has above average speed, but where I’m more impressed is the motor he plays with. The 2019 recruit plays with a ton of urgency, and does a good job of slipping into the backfield. He is a determined tackler who will continue to fight to get his man down. Short arms make it hard for him to get off blocks, also lateral quickness could be better for a player his size.
