Oliver has elite speed to track down most running backs in the state of Georgia. We really like how quickly he reacts to the play, and does a nice job of filling the gaps before the RB can get through. He is a punishing tackler, and we really like his ability to maneuver around the line of scrimmage showing really good agility. Oliver’s ability in pass coverage is the best part to his game, and he does an excellent job of reading the QB’s eyes and timing his breakup. He should absolutely attract attention from Div II and FCS programs. He caused one fumble last year, so we would like to see him force a few more.
