What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I believe that I have the talent and mindset to make it and succeed in college. I could fit into a lot of colleges. I just hope the right one comes along.
Brumby has ideal quarterback size with good ball placement on his passes. The big QB runs a spread offense at his HS and ran a lot of read option his sophomore and junior year but has gotten away from this season. Over that span he has certainly improved as a passer significantly, especially from intermediate range. His height gives him a major advantage, and he can easily see down field, and throw over a zone defense. At 6’6″ he shows a high release point. Brumby has good ball location, making nice back shoulder throws on the sideline and leading slot WR’s nicely on seam routes. He can slice up a defense and would be used in a west coast offense.
