Manning has good length and does a nice job of getting underneath the pads of his opponent, getting good leverage and driving them back. At the Class A level. he just dominates his opponent in blocking situations or setting the edge on defense. Needs to finish off his blocks better. As a defender he needs to shed blocks quicker too. Just need a little more urgency when playing the game. Needs to get up field quicker when he has the football. Manning has a very good frame, and is a solid all-around athlete, but overall he needs to be more aggressive. More time in the weight room will do wonders for Manning.
