Holland has the frame at 6’2″ and 185 lbs. that most FBS programs look for at safety. He is long, good instincts reading the play and an above average tackler. He has good versatility stepping up into the tackle box but also the skill set to play man coverage or cover 1 at the deep safety position. Definitely gets downhill and attacks the ball carrier. Pretty good tackler, gets low on his attempts but doesn’t always wrap up., but instead uses his shoulder. Holland covers good ground when in pursuit. He makes good basic reads in coverage. Excellent motor pursuing after the ball carrier makes him an enticing athlete to put on special teams right away. Holland has decent upside for the next level, and really just needs to focus on filling out his frame and continuing to make an impact in the passing coverage part of his game.
