Green explodes in just the first few steps when he gets the ball. He can hit full steam very quickly and can be tough to stop once he does. He shows excellent balance, very quick feet to get out of tight areas. They used him a lot on swing passes where his running instincts can be take advantage of and he can read his blocks. He is a bowling ball to tackle, and defensive backs at the HS level get shoved to the ground with his strong stiff arm. What I really like about Green is his ability to hit the homerun. The 2019 recruit doesn’t just accelerate quickly, but down field he pulls away and shows legit FBS caliber speed. He should continue to add weight, and I can see P5/G5 schools being extremely interested in him.
