What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
1st team all-region, Offensive MVP at E.C.I, 1400yds, 20tds…but most importantly, I refuse to be outworked and I give it all I have every play.
One-upped his outstanding 1400 yards season (in 14 games) with an even better senior, and just through the regular season, Dixon has 1649 yards rushing. From watching his film he does a nice job of hitting the hole hard, but doesn’t really show breakaway speed. Nice little jump cut added to his game senior year, he’s broken off a few long runs setting everything up right at the LOS. Uses blocks well. He fights pretty hard after contact, does a nice job of keeping his feet moving. He can gash a defense for 30-40 yard runs, using his powerful frame to break through arm tackles. He has solid running vision once he gets to the 2nd level, but agility could use more work. Dixon is more of a power back than anything right now, he added 100 lbs to his squad in the last year and also improve his bench a good bit too. He has really good grades too, and that certainly bolsters his recruiting stock.
