Owens might be slight, but his feet are light. The senior prospect has outstanding speed and has made a few explosive plays this season for Kell on both sides of the ball, as well as being a major threat on punt/kick returns. Owens plays tough man coverage and has good quickness to stick with the receiver but we would like to see him locate the ball better mid-flight. The SR prospect is a good all-around HS player – looks like nickel back might an option at the next level.
