Devine an impressive all-purpose back with really good size. I really like his blend of speed and ability to catch the football. He is a new era running back, and his potential as a receiver out of the backfield looks really good when he gets the ball in space. Devine is a rock solid recruit. He runs with a nice natural forward lean to his game which allows him to drive through contact for extra yardage. Couple his nice grades and I can see him getting FBS interest. He made top 17 wide receiver at an MVP camp recently, and he shows plenty of film playing receiver, but I think his upside is best used in a spread offense making plays out of the backfield.
