Miller is considered to be one of the top DB’s in this recruiting class. He plays with very good awareness. He reads the QB’s eyes and is able to jump routes quickly. Tackling is very good too. He comes in low and wraps up at the thighs. Very good explosiveness in the hips. Tackling is really special for his size, didn’t really expect a DB with his size to just decleat receivers like he does. Excellent timing when playing the football, and Miller does everything he can to rip the football out. Definitely one of the best DB’s in this class. Open field tackling is really special though. Spring of his junior year he won the state triple jump for 5-A and 300m hurdles champ as well. He’s a great athlete, not sure what is going on with his recruitment slipping but on Aug 1st the only offer he got was from Marshall.
