Hart is a flat out steal this late in this recruiting class and deserves heavy looks by FBS programs. The North Gwinnett senior had a huge impact on offense and defense. I’m extremely impressed with his ball skills. Hart does a very good job of squaring up on his target, whether it’s the football or the ball carrier. He’s a better fit at DB at the next level. Excellent running stride but not very quick hips. Has some swagger to his game. Solid tackler, uses hands well to get off blocks too. Hart is just a natural football player. Several of his punt returns showcase his outstanding field vision. I really like Hart at FS at the next level. He should be very good at playing the football up top but also has the coverage skills to play man in the slot too.
