Brantley has a big frame and looks like he could end up weighing well over 240 lbs. He is a run-stopper and just seems to have a nose getting into the backfield. The 2018 defender has quick hands, and he keeps a strong base when scraping off blocks so he can make a play. He plays defensive end in HS but at the next level he looks more like an outside linebacker, especially when we see him move laterally or sprint out to the sideline. Brantley looks pretty raw, and will need to improve his flexibility more, but one area that really stands out is how hard he hits.
