Walton has good timing and instincts. he does a good job of matching up on big tight ends despite his size and that is mostly due to his very physical play style. Walton is a text book tackler and generates a lot of power on each tackle attempt. The senior is a tenacious player and one of the biggest hitting seniors we have seen on film this fall. He could be an impact player on special teams right off the bat for a college.
