CBS has really good pad level, moves across the LOS reading the play keeping his pads parallel and shows an explosive lower body going through the tackle. What you have to like is the speed he plays the game with, I wouldn’t say he is a burner, but Bryant-Strother plays the game at a full sprint and has excellent football speed. He’s very tough, physical with his hands getting off blocks. Tackles he typically does a good job of squaring up. He is still getting stronger at this point, so would like to see a bit more efficiency at getting HS backs down. What I really like about CBS is his toughness meeting the ball carrier in the hole, couple that with his elite motor and I think you got a solid middle linebacker recruit for the next level.
