Davenport is an explosive running back with great short yardage burst. His balance is incredible and he slips out of tackles around his feet with ease. He takes on contact with good body lean and maintains his feet – it pretty remarkable. Davenport shows off really good hands and is an effect receiver out in the flats. He had a really good season this year playing as the premier running back for Drew. Would like to see him work on his straight line speed and continuing to bulk up this offseason.
