Carriere looks much smoother running with the ball in his hands from last year and enough wiggle to shake most defenders out in open space. The Maryland commit has good concentration and runs solid routes. He adjust to the ball nicely but did not see many jump ball scenarios. Carriere has tremendous length and couple that with his excellent acceleration, he should be a big time vertical threat in the Big 10. Great pickup for the Terps and just through just 4 games, Carriere is just 1 TD short of last season’s total. With a background in basketball and excellent length, it appears Maryland got a steal.

Tall rangy receiver good ball skills good deep and red zone threat. Has quick first step and release just not powerful. . Blocks well considering size. Needs to work on intermediate routes and become more explosive out of breaks and fill out. All in all great prospect that has great height, ball skills, attacks the ball. Needs to address speed and weight and will be a force in the c/o 17′.
