Perry projects well at the next level, it seems like his better football came along during the season. He’s still a little raw from a physical stand point, and can stand to gain another 50 lbs. Length gives Perry good leverage, but would like to see him flatten out his back more when engaged. Perry needs to work on body control, he seems to get knocked off balance to easily. He shows urgency when playing the game. Kick step is pretty quick, needs to add strength to his lower body. Upper body strength is pretty good, and he does a solid job of driving the defender back. His film is against solid competition too, these are fairly large players he is going up against. Perry shows flashes, and that will certainly attract some D1 interest at the end of the day.
