The Lovett School center shows good hip bend and gets out his stance pretty fast, and even gets to the 2nd level quicker. Mitchell engages with his opponent until the whistle is blown and does a great job getting inside the defensive lineman and driving him back. The 2018 recruit is a really smart player, he picks up blitzes quickly and keeps blown assignments to a minimum. He is a hard worker on the field and in the classroom. Mitchell is just a good all-around fundamentally sound center.
