Boone was the major playmaker this year at South Cobb as a wide receiver where he showed excellent ball skills on both short and deep passes. The 2019 recruit’s agility is okay, but do not see the best separation on some routes he runs. Boone needs to be more explosive. Shaking all around on the field will not take you very far if you cannot accelerate upfield quickly. Boone is a straight up playmaker, and will fight for extra yards after the catch. Any player that has as much production as Boone obviously has good hands, but spending time in the weight room can make a terrific difference in his college prospects.
