Jowers is slight of frame but can eat up yardage with his long running stride. He had a pretty big season this year playing both ways at WR and CB. Legit length and very quick changing directions. I would like to see him more in man coverage as it looks like Taylor was in zone a lot. Very good ball skills, has strong hands going up and taking the ball away from the receiver in some cases. Very underrated player right now. Not a very good tackler, but at 6’2″ and 165 lbs. that kind of to be expected. I like how his game will transition over to college, he will need a good bit time in the weight room and a RS will be necessary, but Jowers has some legit D1 upside.
