Bales had a strong junior campaign where he got his ear’s wet so-to-speak. He has a strong arm with a nice touch throwing from 30-40 yards out. He gets a tight spiral on his passes and does a good job with his footwork. The QB feels pressure fairly well and steps up into the pocket naturally. Bales is a classic pocket passing QB with the ability to stretch a D down field using his arm strength. Really like his ability to get the ball out to the sideline fast.
