Lacy was a force last year at Shaw with his attacking mindset in the defensive backfield. He doesn’t have a big frame but he plays bigger than his listed weight. I really like how quickly he can hit his top speed. He is an okay tackler, drops his head on attempts, and doesn’t wrap up so much. The 2019 recruit has solid length, and does a great job of hustling across the field to make a play. He is really quick to the football too, and seems to be a pretty high IQ player. Above average length too. I think he’ll receive interest from Group of 5 and FCS schools.
