Tarver has a great running stride and is a phenomenal athlete in the class of 2019. He is by far one of the best players in Georgia. His junior year he ended up with right 100 tackles, 60 solo and 5 interceptions while also grabbing almost 1000 yards receiving. He has a great frame to continue to add weight and will be over 200 in college. Tarver has elite coordination too. Elite timing with his catches and he does a great job of accelerating on the pass to create separation with the defensive back. He could play on either side of the ball but think his ability as a FS can be elite. Power 5 schools need to persuade the Miss State baseball commit. Offers leading into the 2018 season have been at the LB spot and not FS. Slowly filling out his frame.
