Day is a stocky run blocking offensive guard who finishes off his blocks with bad intentions. He might lack prototypical size but the Wheeler offensive guard has extremely strong hands which he uses to knock defender off balance. His physical play sets the tone for the rest of the line and Wheeler runs behind him a lot. Looks like he got over 5 pancakes a game last season. Day shows a lot of promise pass blocking as well and has quick light feet.
